Early Liver Cancer Detection Research Collaboration

As part of an ongoing research initiative aimed at improving early detection of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), collaborating researchers conducted training sessions at the National University of Mongolia (NUM) Circular Hall. Clinical site visits and collaborative activities were also carried out at Brilliant Hospital and Songdo Hospital.

Liver Cancer Screening & Diagnosis Guidelines Meeting

A joint meeting was held with the Gastroenterology Society and Radiology Society to finalize the national protocol for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) surveillance. The LI-RADS standardized reporting system was formally discussed and adopted within the national guideline framework.

Govi-Altai Province Liver Health Campaign

On July 30–31, 2024, the “Healthy Liver Altai” health campaign was successfully conducted in Altai City, Govi-Altai Province. The initiative focused on comprehensive evaluation and follow-up assessment of individuals with liver cirrhosis and chronic liver diseases.
